Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission of the Town of Swansea, Massachusetts will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 6:45 pm at the Town Hall Annex to address:

Notice of intent by Marcus Baptiste, Touisset Development Corp. for property located at Barton Ave., Swansea, MA, Map: 44 Lot: 62, 64 & 65 for proposed 34 lot conventional residential subdivision on a 52 acre primarily wooded site within a 100” buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland and an inland resource area.
